TradeAssistIQ combines a verified fault code database, live web search and AI knowledge to give engineers fast, accurate diagnostic guidance on site. It covers gas boilers, oil boilers, heat pumps, shower pumps and a growing range of heating and plumbing equipment — across all major brands sold in the UK.
Who it's for
TradeAssistIQ is built for qualified heating and plumbing engineers — Gas Safe registered engineers, oil boiler engineers, heat pump installers and competent heating professionals working across the UK. It is a professional tool, not a consumer product. It supports the engineer's expertise — it does not replace it.
Beta — United Kingdom
LIVETradeAssistIQ is currently in beta, available to a small group of heating engineers across United Kingdom. During beta we are actively expanding the fault code database, improving diagnostic accuracy and building new features based on feedback from engineers in the field.
