Glow-worm Energy Combi fault P.06
Purging the heating circuit
Gas boilerWhat it means
The prioritising diverter valve is moved to the heating position. The function is activated in the heating circuit for 15 minutes. The pump runs and stops at regular intervals. If required, this function can be manually switched off.
Likely causes
- Radiators not heating sufficiently at factory setting
- Noises produced in radiators or radiator valves
Where to start
- Flush the heating installation through
- Check the silicone hose connection (1) between the pump's automatic air vent and the hydraulic console
- Fill with water until the required filling pressure is reached

Safety: Isolate gas and power before you open the case. If you have been into the gas side, do a tightness test, and a combustion and flue check before you hand back. Gas Safe (UK) or RGI (Ireland) work only.
