Communication failure between hydraulic PCB and refrigerant PCB due to cable fault or faulty PCB.

Likely causes

  1. Communication cable incorrectly connected
  2. The main hydraulic PCB is faulty
  3. The refrigerant PCB is faulty
  4. Wire disconnection or wiring error between the heat pump, wiring centre and touch screen display
  5. Fuse on the hydraulic module PCB may have failed
  6. Fuse on the Smart Controller wiring centre PCB may have failed
