No temperature difference detected across the condenser. Causes temporary blocking of the heat pump; it automatically restarts after 1 hour.
Likely causes
- Circulating pump fault
- Air trapped in the system
- Air trapped in pipework not purged prior to commissioning
- Kitchen ceiling valve installed too close to kitchen extractor fan
- System debris blocking filter/strainer reducing flow rate

Safety: Isolate the outdoor unit and any backup heater, and give the inverter capacitors time to discharge before you open the electrics. Anything on the refrigerant circuit needs F-gas certification.
