Gas boilerWhat it means
Boiler status code 208 is displayed when exiting chimney sweep mode. The pump continues to run in order to cool the heat exchanger before returning to normal operation.
Likely causes
- Normal operational status following high-output test running in chimney sweep mode
- Incorrectly set pump rate or pump characteristic map
Where to start
- Confirm chimney sweep mode was exited via ok or back button
- Allow pump to continue running until cooling cycle completes
