Likely causes

  1. Inverter module (IPM, DIP-IPM) and Inverter PCB abnormality
  2. Failure of compressor
  3. Clogging of heat exchanger

  1. Check Water Outlet PHEX Temperature
  2. Check Water Flow Level and Water Pump Speed
  3. Check Outdoor Ambient temperature and Outdoor Ambient 2 temperature

Safety: Isolate the outdoor unit and any backup heater, and give the inverter capacitors time to discharge before you open the electrics. Anything on the refrigerant circuit needs F-gas certification.
