What it means

Shower unit produces no water flow at all, indicating interrupted power supply, no water supply, or unit malfunction.

Likely causes

  1. No water supply to shower (1.2)
  2. Isolating valves not fully open or blockage in inlet filter/pipework (1.2.1)

Where to start

  1. Check for a blockage in inlet filter or in pipework
  2. Open the bleed screw on the pump unit by rotating two revolutions
  3. Observe for water flow from the opening to confirm trapped air is vented and pump is primed
