Water flow stops suddenly during use, caused by interrupted power supply, solenoid valve malfunction, or faulty pump motor.
Likely causes
- Solenoid valve malfunction - pump still operates (5.2)
- Pump motor faulty (5.3)
Where to start
- Observe if pump still operates while flow has stopped (indicates solenoid valve malfunction)
- Open the bleed screw on the pump unit by rotating two revolutions
- Observe for water flow from the opening to confirm trapped air is vented and pump is primed
