- Flue components not correctly assembled, fixed or supported
- Flue or flue terminal obstructed
- Leaking seals around appliance burner, internal flue seals, door and case seals
- Inhibitor depletion over time requiring annual concentration check

- Confirm the prompt 'Proceed with reset of the hour counter of the flue gas probe?' by pressing OK
