Vokera Pinnacle System fault E099
Reset attempts exhausted
Gas boilerWhat it means
Indicates that the maximum number of consecutive unlocking/reset attempts (5) from the interface has been reached. The boiler will no longer respond to the reset key until power is cycled.
Likely causes
- Repeated fault condition not cleared by reset
- Underlying unresolved fault persisting
- Combustion conditions approaching upper emission limit
- Ionisation sensor signal indicating abnormal combustion
Where to start
- Identify and resolve underlying fault causing repeated lockouts
- Contact Technical Assistance Centre if attempts continue to fail
- Check ionisation sensor condition and position in burner flame
