Vokera Pinnacle System fault FIL
Low water pressure (warning signal)
Gas boilerWhat it means
Warning signal shown when pressure value falls below 0.5 bar. Displayed as 'FIL LOW WATER PRESSURE CHECK THE HTG SYSTEM'. The boiler continues to operate normally but filling is recommended.
Likely causes
- System pressure below 0.5 bar
- Minor system leak
- System pressure outside optimal range of 1.0-1.5 bar
- System water pressure drop below required minimum value
Where to start
- Check system water pressure against minimum required value
- Check Water pressure reading for system pressure verification
- Check and possibly reset: GAS - GAS TYPE, d52 - P1 GAS VALVE (with boiler in OFF), APL - POWER, HYDRAULIC CONFIGURATION, WATER PRESSURE TRANSDUCER (SERVICE), MIN FAN SPEED, MAX FAN SPEED, MAX FAN SPEED HTG, RANGE RATED

Safety: Isolate gas and power before you open the case. If you have been into the gas side, do a tightness test, and a combustion and flue check before you hand back. Gas Safe (UK) or RGI (Ireland) work only.
