What it means

Pump fails to start on positive pressure pumps (STP, SSP, STR2, SSR2).

Likely causes

  1. Dikey olmayan tahliye portlarına sahip pompa kurulumu (Non-vertical outlet ports/flow switch installation)
  2. Mechanical stress on pump from rigid pipe connection
  3. Leak causing loss of tank air pressure
  4. Mechanical strain on pump from misaligned pipework
  5. Solder joint heat damaging plastic pump components
  6. Air pockets from incorrectly routed pipework
  7. Additional outlet fittings on inlet pipework causing incorrect flow switch operation

Where to start

  1. Allow maximum water flow with pump not running (e.g., remove shower head from hose)
  2. Turn on power supply, run pump for a few minutes, turn off power, drain water and clean suction filters
  3. Replace suction filters and reconnect hoses
