Likely causes
- Lack of water in the appliance
- Little water circulation in the system
- Blocked pump
- No gas
- Condensate drain clogged

Where to start
- Ensure condensate drain trap has been filled correctly before performing the test
- Check there are no obstructions in the air intake circuit and flue exhaust
- Check that the sealed chamber is perfectly closed
