Ideal Logic Air fault 370-F27
No water flow fault
Heat pumpWhat it means
Heat Pump fault F27: no water flow detected.
Likely causes
- Air lock
- Pump failure
- Missing or undersized system filter allowing debris into primary circuit
- Ambient air temperature at or below 1°C
- Refrigerant leak from circuit
Where to start
- Check pump operation
- Read Primary flow temp, Hot water temp, Outside temp, Primary water flow, Compressor %, CH1 Pump, CH2 Pump, Diverter valve, Immersion heater status directly from home screen to verify system operation
- Check 'Producer' symbol to identify main producer (e.g. oil/gas boiler, heat pump) currently switched on

Safety: Isolate the outdoor unit and any backup heater, and give the inverter capacitors time to discharge before you open the electrics. Anything on the refrigerant circuit needs F-gas certification.
From the Ideal manual for the Logic Air. Check the model on the data plate before you order parts.
