Ideal Logic Air fault 9.1.24
Low mains voltage fault
Heat pumpWhat it means
System has detected mains voltage below required operating level.
Likely causes
- Local generator not supplying correct voltage
- Electricity supply issue from provider
Where to start
- Check if a local generator is in use
- If generator in use, verify it is supplying 230Vac
- If no generator in use, contact Electricity Provider

Safety: Isolate the outdoor unit and any backup heater, and give the inverter capacitors time to discharge before you open the electrics. Anything on the refrigerant circuit needs F-gas certification.
From the Ideal manual for the Logic Air. Check the model on the data plate before you order parts.
