Ideal Logic Air fault 9.1.26
No outdoor connection fault
Heat pumpWhat it means
Indoor Unit is unable to establish connection with the outdoor Heat Pump, typically due to wiring issues.
Likely causes
- Wiring from Heat Pump to Indoor Unit not secure
- Wiring from Heat Pump to Indoor Unit connected incorrectly (L to L, N to N, E to E, COM to COM)
- Faulty Indoor Unit Fujitsu PCB
Where to start
- Check wiring from Heat Pump to Indoor Unit is secure
- Check wiring is connected correctly: L to L, N to N, E to E, COM to COM
- If wiring correct and secure, replace Indoor Unit Fujitsu PCB
